Purpose

To be a one-stop dining venue to serve you every need from breakfast to dinner, from a romantic moment to a thrilling moment of celebration and from casual dining to private dining, Grill Wine Café has a great interior and exterior design where you can select the best place to serve your need.

Concept

The concept of our restaurant by its name aimed to serve you all the best grill and other scrumptious cuisines such as Khmer, Asian and Western. We have many varieties of wine for you to select. Our design concept also allows you to have great coffee as well.

Team

EAR VUTHY- EXECUTIVE CHEF

Born and raised in Siem Reap, Chef Vuthy began his culinary journey started as a cook helper with an international hotel. As a young guy who passionate about food, he had done his best and was gradually promoted to be an Executive Chef. Chef Vuthy committed to using all his knowledge, skills and passion to make Grill Wine Café becomes the most wanted to dine one.

CHHIT SAVONG - Sous Chef

A dynamic with a great passion for food both Khmer and Western, Chef Savong has excelled his career from Cook Helper to his current position as Chef De Partie just within only two years. He joined Grill Wine Café more than 3 years and his commitment to food quality, taste and décor, he is promoted to be our great Sous Chef.

Penh Sara – Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Began his journey in hospitality in 2010 with a chain hotel as a Bartender, then Sara was promoted to Bar Supervisor. Sara had joined both good local and international hotels. He joined Grill Wine Café as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.  Sara has performed his wonderful task to make our restaurant the best one.
