Lay Linh, the dedicated Head Chef, started cooking since he was just 15, while having farewell party with his classmates on a vacation at his secondary school. Older Cambodian believes men cooking are ridiculous, but Linh has widely opened their eyes with his cooking techniques and the delectable taste.

After high school, Linh perused his cooking skill through the Ecole Paul Dubrule in Siem Reap. He was suddenly offered the first job in Victoria Hotel’s kitchen after his graduation, then he has moved to other five stars hotels in Siem Reap and Phnom Penh where he built his solid cooking expertise regardless hot, cold or pastry. Linh signed up for a three-years contract on the ship, where he travelled and learnt a lots through different parts of the world from Asia to Europe and also America. His simple creative traditional Amok dish became a signature flavorsome enviable for most of the people on the ship.
